Nomination Details
Nomination must be supported by
	a write-up (Annex B) by the Principal/VP/HOD to include
		how the teacher exhibits the spirit of innovation and enterprise in the areas of IT use for the benefit of the school community
		how the teacher inspires, influences and supports other teachers in their use of IT
		how the teacher uses Microsoft products* effectively to support active learning in day-to-day lessons
	The evaluation rubrics for the nomination write-up can be downloaded here.
	a lesson plan (Annex C) designed and implemented by the teacher, involving the use of Microsoft products. Also include the teacher's review (Annex D) on the lesson. The lesson should illustrate how the teacher taps the value-add of IT and uses IT innovatively to support teaching and learning.
